Great hash in the bushes up and down the hill and back on the road…the road walk part of 5km…thank you hares and rescue vehicles.
The hares deserve a down down for this hash…even our GM had a hard time…well done! Here is to the torturers.
FIRST TIMERS/VIRGINS:
We welcome 5 new comers at the hash today namely Vicky, Gary, Eric, Dave and Angela.
SECOND TIMERS:
2 second timers. Down down to the new hashers.
Before leaving the floor to our RA, our GM gave a Down Down to Claude for standing and hanging around behind the GM (suspiciously near the beer stock) during the circle.
RA’s PART
Marie Claude and I made a trip to Europe which ended up in Rome. There, we had the opportunity to watch a procession of the Pope.
The Pope was saying hi to the public but ignored a well dressed American who specially came to the procession. They were surprised to see the Pope come out of the Papa mobile and talk to a badly dressed person who was sitting on the stairs.
The next day, the American decided to change clothes with the badly dressed man and see if the Pope would speak to him this time. The Pope saw him and sure enough he came out of the Papa Mobile, knelt and whispered “I thought I said you to FUCK OFF yesterday”.
The RA rewarded two hashers today, Dodocop and Kay who drove their car to “rescue” hashers who were having a very hard time on the road back to hash home. Here’s to the “good Samaritans”.
Hashers, when you see a hash halt, what are you expected to do? Stop and wait replied the circle. Our GM and Alan deserve a down down for not following the hash rules. Down down to the siners.
Back to the GM
Our first timer Gary was given a Down down for bruising our dear GM’s ego…in fact Gary did a full marathon (when our GM is ONLY a semi marathon runner) and he is now looking forward to participate in a 208 miles marathon in Italy in the months to come. Here’s to the marathon man.
Steve came to the hash today with his best man Dave…Down down to Steve and Dave.
Cowbell Steve the hash hostage gave the cowbell to Nathalie.
Finally, Marie Claude said a few words on Leslie’s mother, Ella, who passed away last week. Note that Ella had hashed with us several years ago.
The next hash:
Installation of a new master and committee.
